I first "met" Dreama over 6 years ago when my husband and I decided to move to South Carolina. We first talked to each other over the phone after connecting to the local Chamber of Commerce.
I felt right off that Dreama was the agent for us! She was and still is very knowledgable of the area we wanted to live. When we met up in person March 2006, she took quick control of where to start off for our search. She said she has over 30 years of experience of selling homes in Summerville, SC.
She has a very fun personality that anyone would enjoy much to know her. She has that bubbly presense that makes one feel comfortable. She can answer any question about selling houses one would need. I like Dreama very much. She is very passionate about her job and it shows! I would not hesitate recommending her, and I have, to anyone wanting to buy or sell their home. (less)

Dreama sat down with me and she new my situation being an estate property to sell for my father due to his death. I can tell you having your last parent to pass away is the most stressful time in the whole family. She at that point told me what it should sell for. But i had to consider siblings and that was a challenge. Still grieving having attitudes and just plain emotions in the way. Dreama listened gave feedback looked at other possibilities. She knew I had to ride out the storm and gave me breathing room to do so. Then she gave me tips about getting the house ready for selling. Next I had to show the family that the price was too high so she suggested an appraisal. It came in 48 thousand dollars lower. So she suggested slowly dropping to get to the showings would be the best thing to do. She was correct now we were moving forward and getting some interest. Had a couple that wanted to do an inspection before they put in a contract. Strange but Dreama said great this is good. The couple did not buy but the inspection helped us to tighten up some things we needed to do around the house. This was to our advantage. Now we are really market ready. Showings kept coming, getting activity, but I had to get the right buyer so i came in with a final adjustment on the price. Guess what that was around the price that Dreama had talked to me in the beginning. YEA GOT THE RIGHT BUYER THEY FELL IN LOVE WITH THE HOUSE LAND ETC. We are closing in October. I am thankful that Dreama was there for me. She did not push me she listened and talked to me. She knew that i had to make decisions for the estate. I have met several realtors and i can tell you she has the most knowledge of them all. If she does not know the answer to your question she will dig to find out the answer and reference it. She is all over the place with real estate. She stressed we need the right buyer. I had several problems popping up but Dreama was there to help me jump over them. My father told me that it would be difficult to take care of his wishes but he knew that i could do it the way he wanted it done. Again, I am so thankful for DREAMA. SHE LISTENED AND KEPT ME STEADY AND LOOK NOW I CAN MOVE FORWARD WITH MY LIFE.
